headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. We provide full custom solutions for our customers integrating

applications; most of our solutions generate IP for our customers.

Spirit Solutions has taken the next big step in rail safety, transferring traditional single-point
thermal measurements into full thermal image pictures containing thousands of temperature
measurements per image

The Spirit Solutions MidNight Ridir transportation systems captures the entire wheel and bearing
assembly not just a single point somewhere on the assembly. The system implements a high
resolution 2D thermal array and analyses the entire wheel and bearing in real time unlike a
conventional systems which only measures a single point. Using the power of todays processors the
MidNight Ridir systems can perform analysis on bearings, slide and/or slipping wheels as well as hot
wheels in milliseconds.

Spirit Solutions approach has produced a revolutionary and economical alternative to
rail safety. The MidNight Ridir can acquire thermal measurements at full train speed
that has been considered impossible. Alarms are sent immediately to the train with image
and thermal data available via a wire or wireless transmission.
