With over three years of research and development, capturing and analyzing over 500,000 wheels, Spirit is proud to announce it's Midnight Ridir product line. Spirit Solutions believes that the Midnight Ridir system will set the standard for hot wheel / bearing and slide wheel inspection. During a recent test over twenty slide wheels were passed through our Midnight Ridir system and ever wheel which was sliding was successfully detected and alarmed! Our competition (current detection hardware) did not alarm on any of the slide wheels.

The Midnight Ridir systems hardware is easily install at track side and can be integrated to SAIC reader for ease of reporting. Set up time for the software (figure 1.00 below) is accomplished within a matter of minutes as the logic and analysis features are built into the software. No matter what the environmental condition is, rain, sleet, snow, winter or summer, the system adjusts for the present conditions automatically.
